
Refund and Returns Policy

At Dazzle Drops, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy for detailed information about returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The item must not be altered, damaged, or worn.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or order confirmation).
Non-returnable items:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@dazzledrops.com or call (402) 555-7892 with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.
- Once you receive return instructions, carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if available) and send it back to the provided address.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Credit Card/Bank: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- PayPal/Other Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
If your return is not approved (e.g., item is damaged or altered), we will notify you and offer the option to return the item to you at your expense.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, follow the return process above. After receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If there is a price difference, we will inform you of any additional charges or refunds.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:
- Check with your bank or payment provider.
- If it’s been longer than 10 business days and you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@dazzledrops.com, and we will assist you further.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
7. Sale or Clearance Items
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
8. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
