Refund and Returns Policy

At Dazzle Drops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns:

  • Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Exclusions: Personalized or custom-made earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at returns@dazzledrops.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet these requirements.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size or style, we are happy to offer exchanges within the 30-day return period. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.
